CrossFit is a program that can be modified and scaled to each individual. It is also a program that requires steady progress into new movements, skills, and intensity levels. No matter what your current condition is, CrossFit can help you achieve fitness levels beyond your expectations. It is important to realize that CrossFit is not simply another fitness program. CrossFit applies movement, simple and complex, exercise technique, competency, strength, and varying degrees of intensity. Our program is designed around solid fundamental movements and exercises. At CrossFit Valley Park we don't just train you, we teach you. We are professional personal trainers and you will get personalized instruction. We do not breed intimidation but build teamwork and motivation.
Contact us and we'll set up a FREE Introductory session. One of our trainers will evaluate your current fitness level and introduce you to some fundamental exercise movements used in CrossFit. The session will conclude with a baseline conditioning workout.
Before you come in for your introduction please print and fill out the following documents and give them to your trainer.
Following your introduction, your trainer will schedule 4 follow up sessions and continue to train you with CrossFit. You will find that this is essential to understand and develop the required skills to participate in our classes. You will also go through a dietary assesment and movement evaluation. The whole process is very comprehensive. As trainers we don't believe in shortcuts. We pride ourselves with teaching strict exercise mechanics to ensure your training safety. We are always available to any questions that you may have.
