On Satruday, April 17th we will be having tryouts for our 2010 CrossFit Games Affiliate Team. The four female candidates will battle for three spots. There will be 3 workouts with about 1 hour rest between each. The first workout will start at 10:00 a.m. and the whole event should wrap up no later than 1:30 p.m. The ladies have been working hard and are ready to go. Please come out to cheer them on!
Tuesday Strength/Skill Work: Back Squat 4 X 8. Then "pick a press." Choose any type of press and work on your strength. You can do overhead, Sots, bench, etc.
W.O.D.
-7 Rounds for time
-10 SDLHP (#95, #65)
-10 Ring Dips (sub push-up)

My pink shirts are at the dry cleaners. I could start wearing my Illini gear to class. At least those shirts have some orange to break up the blue. But I wouldn't want to offend the Mizzou folks...
