CrossFit has produced a movie about the CrossFit Games. I have ordered a copy. I'm sure it's going to be very entertaining. After viewing, it will be open to borrow.
Our Sandbag and Kettlebell workshop is scheduled! July 18th is the date. Please try and attend. We will be covering many new and dynamic exercises that will be using in our programming. Details will be listed under our "Special Events" tab on the website.
