Affiliate Cup

The CFVP Endurance program is off to a great start. We'd like to take an opportunity to thank Stephanie Teague for her hard work in launching the first CrossFit Endurance program in St. Louis. She is doing a fantastic job. We hope everyone is enjoying it.

The St. Louis Affiliate Cup takes place over the weekend. CrossFit Valley Park has several competitors stepping up to test themselves. The weekend should be exciting. This can be a very intimidating experience and we are so proud of everyone. If you can, please go out to support them. Here is a list of CFVP warriors. Best of luck!

Welcome Back Dave

We're glad to see Dave DeWeese back into the mix. Dave is a pleasure to have in our group and he always gives it everything he has. We'd love to see him participate in the 2012 CrossFit Games Open. Get registered Dave! The Open Sectionals are approaching and we encourage everyone to sign up and give it a shot. Keep up the good work.

Always Getting Better

Danielle Holmes has been doing really great with hard work and consistency. Her overhead squat is solid.

Jessica Herr continues to make progress all the time. She's been working on double unders and strung together 9. Practice makes perfect.

Lela Anderson continues do make strides in her fitness. One thing about Lela is she always manages to smile through the pain. She's such a pleasure to have here.

Great job ladies. We're so proud of you.

Welcome and Welcome Back

CFVP would like to welcome Jen Crew. Like everyone, Jen came in to a pretty intimidating environment. And....like everyone, she soon found it to be a supportive place to help her reach her goals. We would also like to welcome back Kevin Clark. Keep up the great work Jen and Kevin.

Jani and Cole

CFVP would like to welcome two new athletes. Jani Schramm is a hard worker and powerful. Cole Christensen is Dave Christensen's son. He is a high school football player. He is sure to approach next season stronger and faster. Welcome Jani and Cole.

Carlo and Costa

CFVP would like to welcome Carlo Spadari and Costa Raptis to our family. These two guys are doing awesome. They are both diligent with progress and put 100 percent into every workout. It's great to have both of you.

2012 CrossFit Games Sectionals

 

It's approaching. The 2012 CrossFit Games Sectionals start in 3 weeks. ANYONE can participate in the weekly workouts. We encourage everyone to come in and test themselves. If you want to be ranked worldwide, make sure you register as an athlete here: 2012 CrossFit Games CFVP will be registered officially to witness and approve scores. You can be sure we will be making our presence known again this year.
