I joined Crossfit on recommendation of one of my sons. He felt it was a perfect fit for the physical goals I set for myself as I approached 65 years old. Those goals included weight lost, core strength, balance, aerobic and leg fitness. Since starting the program, I have lost 22 pounds, my balance has greatly improved, and my entire body has gotten stronger. Under the watch full eyes of the fabulous owner/trainers I know that the program can be modified to my abilities. Every workout session is difficult, but motivation from many of the members and my determination to finish everything they ask me to do, I leave feeling inspired to do better the next workout.
